A DREAM
You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.- Mark 12:30

I was standing alone in this great white room, when five men walked in, each carrying a towering pile of papers. They all left except for one who gently said, "Your sins. " I said, "There must be a mistake. Sure, I've had my moments but I couldn't be that bad. " He handed me a couple of papers and in it I read a list of lies, with the dates and time I committed them. If the little ones were here and accurately recorded, what about the graver ones? I crumbled down to my knees. How could I have been so careless? Until I heard my name called by that glorious yet, somehow, familiar Voice. I looked up, and there in His brilliance and glory, the Lamb before me. He said, "Only one thing matters. Do you love Me with all your heart and all your soul and all your mind and all your strength?" I wept, "Lord, l've failed You many,many times, but You know better than anyone else that I love You. " Then, He pointed to my towering pile of sins now covered with His Blood.

What a joyful sight that I... I... I woke up. It was all just a dream... or was it? Arlene U.
