DEADLINES!
HOMEWORK! TESTS!

"I know your works, your labor... you have endurance and have suffered for My name, and you have not grown weary." -Revelation 2: 2-3

All right, I'm doomed. "

It was almost the end of the session, the end cat the semester, practically the end of the school year, and I still had a lot of deadlines to meet. Requirements flooded my notebook, and it rained tests and exams. Wonderful.

I worked hard. I toiled. No, make that... burdened. Seemed like I could never take this... drudgery. But without complaint, I studied, worked, and finished my tasks. Before I realized it, the school year was over. And everything just... passed away.

And then it hit me.

"Wow. I survived. "

I realized that all those things I worried about weren't so bad after all. No matter how hard it seemed, I still managed to push through. I became more hardworking, more patient, and more diligent. I guess all the hard work turned out to be the best for me. I became a better person. Nikko B.

REFLECTION:
Think of the tightest situation you have been in. How did you cope? What did you learn?

Lord, teach me
to be strong
that I may face
the challenges
in life with
certainty
and positivity.

St.Felix of
Valois,
confessor,
